Agarwal Polyplast

If you go into the Ramkumar Mill Compound in Saraspur, you’ll find Agarwal Polyplast. We are located near Ambedkar Hall, which helps people find us since the compound can be a bit of a maze if you aren’t used to it. The buildings here have a lot of character, mostly being old mill structures that have been converted for different uses. Our space is filled with the hum of plastic processing machines, and it gets pretty warm in there during the afternoon. We don’t have a big corporate team; it’s mostly just us and the operators making sure the production lines don’t jam up. The floors are a bit uneven and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but that doesn’t stop us from getting our work done every day. Living and working around Saraspur means we are used to the noise and the constant movement of goods. We don’t spend money on fancy marketing or anything promotional like that. We just have our name on the board outside and we wait for the orders to come in. Most of our days are spent checking the inventory or talking to the guys about the machine settings. It’s a very hands-on environment. When the shift ends, we usually lock up and head out past Ambedkar Hall, joining the rest of the crowd heading home. It’s just a normal, everyday business trying to keep things moving for everyone involved.
