Minarva Machinery Mfrs. Pvt. Ltd. is situated at No. 4 in the Hitendra Nagar Sahakari Aud. Vasahat Limited area. We are right near the railway crossing, so we hear the trains go by several times a day. It becomes background noise after a while. Diamond Park is just opposite us in Naroda. This part of town is pretty busy with all the different small factories and workshops around. We spend our days dealing with various types of machinery. It is a lot of heavy lifting and technical stuff that doesn't always go right the first time. Our workshop floor is usually cluttered with tools and metal scraps. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy brochures for us. It’s just us here, making sure the machines are built properly. Some of us have been here for years and know every corner of this building. The railway crossing sometimes causes traffic jams, so getting materials delivered can be a bit of a headache. But we manage. We don’t try to act like a big corporate office because we aren’t one. We’re just a group of people who know how to work with our hands in Naroda. Usually, we just wear our regular clothes and get to work. It is a straightforward way of doing things, and it works for us.
