Kathwada Industries Association

We are based at Plot No. 530/B on Road No. 15 in the Gidc area. This is the Kathwada Industries Association office. Basically, we are a group of people who work here to help out the various businesses around this industrial zone. There is always a lot of paperwork to deal with, whether it is about the roads or the power supply. We sit in the office and talk to the factory owners when they have problems. It isn't always exciting work, but somebody has to do it so the area keeps running okay. Sometimes we have meetings where everyone talks at once, and we try to write down what needs to happen next. We have been at Plot No. 530/B for a while now. The building is simple, nothing too special. We just want to make sure the street lights work and the trash gets picked up on time. If you walk down Road No. 15, you will see us there. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It is just a few of us trying to coordinate things for the neighborhood. A lot of the shop owners stop by for a cup of tea and to complain about the traffic or ask about new rules. We try to listen and see what can be done. It's just a local office for local people working in the Gidc. We keep things pretty informal and try to help when we can.
