We are located at 55/4/1 Bhagyoday Industrial Estate. It is pretty easy to find because we are right opposite the Samsan Gruh. If you know where Kewal Janta is or the Uttam Dairy Road in Rakhial, you are basically there. Pacific Metal Industries is a noisy place, to be honest. Metal work always is. We have been in this estate for a long time. The building is old but sturdy enough for what we do. We handle a lot of different metal pieces, and the sound of hammers or machines is constant. It is not the kind of place you come for a quiet chat. We spend our days cutting, bending, and moving stock. The heat from the furnaces or the sun outside makes it a tough environment, but we are a tough lot. We do not have a fancy lobby or a receptionist. If you walk in, you will likely find someone covered in dust or grease. We just focus on getting the job done. The dairy road gets busy with trucks in the morning, which makes unloading a bit of a headache sometimes. We just deal with it. It is a practical business run by people who live nearby. There are no corporate slogans on the walls. Just the tools we need and the metal we work with every single day. That is how we have always done things here in Rakhial. We keep the gates open late if there is a big order to finish.
