Rajvir Trainer & Consultant

Rajvir Trainer & Consultant is based out of one of the Rushikesh Banglows in Ghodasar. It’s number 2, right near Smruti Mandir. If you’re in Ahmedabad, you know the area. It’s more of a home-style setup than a cold office building, which we like. It makes things feel a bit more relaxed when people come by. We spend a lot of time talking and going over things with people who need some help with their training or just need a bit of advice. It’s not a big operation with dozens of employees. It’s more personal than that. The rooms have chairs and tables set up for meetings, and there’s always some paper and pens lying around. We don't have a fancy reception desk or anything. You just come in and we get to work. Ghodasar is a good spot for us. It’s easy enough to give people directions since the temple is such a well-known spot nearby. Sometimes the traffic outside is loud, but inside we just focus on what’s in front of us. We’ve been doing this for a while now. We don't use any complicated systems to manage things. We just keep track of our appointments and make sure we’re ready when someone shows up at the door. It’s a simple way to run a business, but it keeps things honest and manageable for everyone involved.
