We are located at shop number 7 in the Alka Shopping Centre. It’s right across from Swaminarayan College at the Shahalam Tolnaka area on Gitamandir Road. This part of Geeta Mandir is always buzzing because of the college students and the buses nearby. We handle telecom services, and since we are so close to the college, we see a lot of young people coming in. The shopping center is an older building, but it has a lot of character. Our shop is simple—just a desk, some chairs, and the equipment we need for our work. We deal with various service requests throughout the day. Sometimes it's quiet in the mornings, but once the college lets out, it gets pretty lively around here. We’ve been at this location for a while and have seen the road get wider and the traffic get heavier. The smell of street food from the nearby stalls usually wafts into the shop in the evenings. We don't use any fancy corporate language because that's not who we are. We are just local people running a service shop. Most of our customers come from the neighborhood or are students who need help with their connections. It’s a straightforward business, and we like the rhythm of this area.
