Our daily routine involves coming into the office and tackling whatever is on the desk. Every morning when we arrive, there is already someone waiting outside or a phone ringing. We just take it in stride and get started on the paperwork. We have a small group of associates who work together to keep things moving. It’s not always perfectly quiet—sometimes there’s a bit of shouting across the room about where a certain file went—but we get things done eventually. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a bunch of awards on the wall. We just have our desks, our chairs, and our work. The weather here can get quite hot, so our air conditioning is probably the most important thing in the room during the summer months. We don't do a lot of formal meetings; usually, we just talk things over while we're working. It’s a very honest and straightforward environment. We like being in Gujarat and being part of the local scene here. We don’t try to act like a big global firm. We’re just local people doing our jobs and trying to be helpful where we can. It’s a simple life, but it’s a busy one.
