Raj Laxmi Gruh Udhyog

We are located at 36, Karmveer Road. Raj Laxmi Gruh Udhyog is basically a small operation we started because we wanted to do something for ourselves. It’s not a huge factory with a hundred workers. It’s more of a local setup where we make things by hand. The house is right there, so the line between work and home is always a bit blurry. My kids are often running around the back while we are trying to pack the products. The smell of the ingredients is always in the air. Sometimes it’s strong enough that you can smell it from down the street. We use the front room for most of the business stuff. There are always bags and containers piled up against the walls. We don't have a fancy website or a big sales team. Word of mouth is how most people find out about us here on Karmveer Road. We spend our mornings getting everything ready and our afternoons doing the actual production. It’s hard on the hands and the back, but it’s honest work. The neighbors often stop by to see what we are making that day. We try to keep the way we make things consistent because our names are on it. It’s just a small family business trying to make a way. We aren't looking to become some giant corporation. We just want to do a good job and keep the shop at number 36 running well for as long as we can.
