Out here in Radheshyam Vihar, things move at their own pace. Our place is at 175 B in Kanpur, and it’s been that way for a while. We set up this technology institute because the local area needed something closer to home. We’ve got the usual labs and some computers that we try to keep updated when we can. It’s not a shiny corporate office, just a solid building where students come to get their work done. Kanpur can get pretty hot in the summers, so we spend a lot of time making sure the coolers are topped up with water. We aren't trying to be the biggest school in Uttar Pradesh, just a reliable one for the folks living nearby. Most of us here have been working together for years, so we know each other's habits. You might see a bit of dust on the windows sometimes, but the equipment works fine. Students hang out near the entrance between classes, talking about exams or whatever else is going on in the city. We’re tucked away in Radheshyam Vihar, so it’s relatively quiet compared to the main city center. If you need to find us, just head toward that section of Kanpur. It’s a straightforward place, no frills, just people teaching and people learning. That's really all there is to it. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing every day for the students.
