We've been at Harsiddh Chambers for a while now. It's on the second floor, right across from the Agrawal Centre near Income Tax. Ashram Road is always busy, so finding us can be tricky if you aren't looking at the signs. We spend most of our day dealing with phone screens and battery issues. People walk in with all sorts of problems. Some just need a new charger because their old one gave out. It gets noisy outside with all the traffic, but inside the shop, it’s mostly just us working on devices. We see a lot of office workers from nearby because of where we are. Sometimes the lift in the building is slow, so we end up taking the stairs a lot. It’s just a normal shop, nothing fancy. We try to get things done as they come in. If it’s a busy Monday, it might take a bit longer. We don’t have a big team, just a few of us here. We’ve seen the area change quite a bit over the years. Most people know us by word of mouth or because they work in one of the other offices in the building. It’s a decent spot for a telecom business. We keep some basic accessories in stock too. Nothing over the top, just the stuff people actually use every day. If you're coming from the main road, just look for the chambers and head up to the second floor.
