We are set up over at C-180 in the Auda Township, which is right near Laxmi Nagar Road. Being close to the highway in Kalol makes things a lot easier for getting materials in and out. You can always hear the trucks rumbling by, which is a sound we’ve gotten used to over the years. The township is a bit of a maze if you don't know your way around, but we’re easy enough to find once you get near the main road. Our work revolves around the metal industry, and it’s a lot of physical labor. We have a crew that’s been around for a while, and they know the ins and outs of everything we do here. We don't have a big HR department or fancy brochures. It’s mostly just us keeping track of orders on a notepad or a simple computer. The space is filled with the smell of metal and the sound of work being done. Kalol is a good place for this kind of business because there are so many other shops and factories nearby. We often help each other out if someone is short on a tool or a bit of material. It’s a community feel, even if it’s an industrial one. We just keep our heads down and focus on the tasks at hand. It’s not always pretty, but the work gets finished and that is what matters.
