You can find R S Jhaveri & Co over in Ahmedabad. We are an export house based in the Kubernagar area, specifically at E-150. A good way to find us is to look for the Rajavir Temple because we are quite near that landmark. The neighborhood is always full of life and a bit noisy, which is typical for this part of the city. We have been working out of this space for some time now, and it’s filled with all the things you’d expect in an export business. There are boxes stacked in the corners and piles of documents that need sorting. The building itself is older, but it serves our purposes. In the mornings, you can hear the temple bells, which is a nice way to start the workday before the traffic really picks up. It gets very hot in Ahmedabad, so the middle of the day is usually a bit slower as everyone tries to stay out of the sun. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. It is mostly just workspace where we handle the shipping details and talk to the various people we work with. The staff is local, so we mostly speak a mix of Gujarati and Hindi while we go about our business. It's a practical, no-nonsense kind of place where the focus is just on getting the shipments out on time.
