Stichwell Garments

We’ve been running Stichwell Garments from this spot in Thaltej for a while now. If you head down Tv Tower Road and look for Devarshi Bunglows, that is where you’ll find us. We mostly spend our days dealing with fabrics and getting orders ready for people who need proper clothing made. It’s not a huge fancy factory or anything, just a solid workspace near the Tulip Bunglows area where we get the sewing and cutting done. The neighborhood is mostly houses, so it’s pretty quiet which helps us focus on the stitching. Some days are busier than others, especially when a big batch of garments needs to go out, but we usually keep a steady pace. I started this because I liked the idea of making things that people actually use every day. We don't spend much time on fancy websites or big ads, we just stick to the work at hand. Most people around Ahmedabad know the area, so finding us isn't too hard once you get past the main landmarks. We have a few machines going and enough space to lay out the patterns. It gets a bit crowded when the new rolls of cloth arrive, but we manage. We aren’t trying to be the biggest shop in town, just a place that does the job right and stays honest about what we can do.
