We are located right on Shahpur Road, just outside the Delhi Gate. If you know the area, you know how busy it gets with all the rickshaws and people moving about. The shop at Door No-104/3 has been here for a while now. It is a simple place with shelves that go all the way up to the ceiling. Most days, there is a lot of dust from the road, but we try to keep things organized enough so we can find what a person needs. It is not fancy here. We have some old chairs for when neighbors stop by to talk. The fan makes a bit of clicking noise when it is on high speed, but it helps with the heat. Usually, we open up early in the morning before the sun gets too sharp. There is always something to move around or a crate to open. Sometimes the ledger gets a bit messy when we are in a hurry, but we manage. You can see the gate from the front step if the trucks aren't parked in the way. It’s a lot of manual work, lifting things and checking stock, but that is just how it is. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who know where everything is kept. If someone calls, we usually answer unless the machines are making too much noise in the back. It’s just a regular day-to-day business on a busy street.
