Our office is a simple place where we try to help people find jobs. It’s not a big corporate headquarters, just a room with some desks and a couple of phone lines. Meghaninagar is a busy part of the city, and we get all kinds of people coming in looking for a new start. We spend a lot of time reading resumes and calling up companies to see who they need. It’s a lot of matching this person with that job. Sometimes it’s hard when there aren’t enough spots, but we keep trying. The office has a few windows that look out onto Netajinagar, and we see the daily life of the city going by. We’ve been here long enough that we know the local shops and the best places to grab a quick lunch. There is no polish here, just hard work and trying to be useful. We don't promise anyone the world, we just look at what's available and try to help. Gujarat is a place where people value work, and we try to reflect that in how we run things.
