You can find us over at 28/2 Govt L Colony, right near Sahajanand College. We are situated just opposite the Kamdhenu Stock Exchange in the Polytechnic area of Ahmedabad. It is a very active part of town, so there is always noise and movement outside. Inside our office, things are usually just as busy. Being a BPO means we spend most of our day on the phones or at our computer screens handling various service tasks. We have a mix of staff, some who have been here for years and others who are just starting out. The desks are usually covered in notes and coffee mugs. It is a fast-paced environment, but we try to keep it grounded. We aren't tucked away in some shiny glass tower; we are right here in the middle of the local colony. Sometimes the internet acts up or the power fluctuates, which is just part of working here, but we always find a way to stay online for the clients. During lunch breaks, most of us head out to the local stalls near the college for a quick bite. It is a very practical setup. We handle a lot of data and customer queries throughout the day. We don't bother with fancy titles or complex structures. We just show up, put on the headsets, and do what needs to be done to keep the operations running smoothly for everyone involved.
