We have been operating out of the Ashwamegh Industrial Estate for a while now. It's a busy spot in Block No.394. If you know the area, you probably know the M.N. Desai petrol pump right across the road from us. It's the main landmark for anyone trying to find Plot No. 2. Most days, the air is thick with the sound of machines and the smell of grease. We spend our time here at QIPC EAE India Pvt.Ltd. working on various printing and press control setups. It isn't always quiet, and the warehouse can get pretty hot in the summer months, but it's where everything happens. We have a small team here. Most of us have been around for years, so we know where every tool is kept. People often stop by because they saw our sign while filling up their tanks across the street. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that. Just some desks, a lot of spare parts, and usually a pot of tea going somewhere in the back. Working in an industrial estate means you deal with power cuts once in a while or trucks blocking the main gate, but we manage. We just keep our heads down and get the orders out. It’s practical work. Sometimes the paperwork piles up on the desks, and the floor gets a bit dusty, but that is just how a real workshop looks when people are actually working. We like it here.
