Psp Impex

Psp Impex is run out of C/8 Ami Akhand Anand Society 2 in the CTM area. It’s a local neighborhood spot, nothing like those big glass office buildings you see in the city center. We like it here because it’s quiet and we know the people living around us. Our office is basically a converted part of the ground floor of the house. It’s simple—some tables, a few chairs, and a lot of filing cabinets. We do a lot of our work over the phone and on the laptop. CTM can get pretty congested during rush hour, so we try to plan our trips out carefully. Most of the time, we’re just sitting here making sure the numbers add up and the cargo is moving smoothly. It’s a family-run kind of thing, so there’s usually someone around to grab a tea or help move a heavy box. We don’t have a website that’s updated every day or a marketing team to promote us. It’s just us. Sometimes the neighbors’ kids are playing cricket outside while we’re trying to finish an invoice. We don’t mind the noise. It feels like home to us. We’ve had this business for several years, through the good months and the slow ones. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing. It’s not a complicated life, but it’s ours and we stay focused on the day.
