The space at 301 is where we handle all the cutting and joining. Sometimes the noise travels through the building, but the neighbors are mostly used to it by now. We spend our mornings setting up the materials and the afternoons getting the actual fabrication done. Meeramanan Arcade is a busy place with a lot of people coming and going for different reasons. We just stick to our corner and get the jobs finished. It isn't a massive shop, so we have to stay organized or we run out of room pretty fast. There is always a smell of metal and a bit of heat in the air when we are working. We don't have fancy furniture or a polished lobby for visitors. You just come up to 301 and you'll see us working. It is a practical setup for what we do. We like the location because it is central enough for people to find us without too much trouble. Most of the time, we are just focused on the blueprints and the metal. Prem Fabricators has been at this address for a bit, and we’ve gotten into a good routine with the space we have and the folks who visit the arcade.
