Our place is located at Plot No. 4 in Phase 1 of the GIDC Industrial Estate over in Vatva, Ahmedabad. Being in the heart of the GIDC means there’s always something going on around us, with trucks coming and going. Prashant Group Of Industries started out as a small operation and we’ve just stayed here in Gujarat, growing a bit over the years. The facility is a bit older now, but it works for what we do. We have several sections for different types of industrial work. It gets pretty hot in Ahmedabad during the summer, so the workshop can be a tough place to be, but we’re all used to it by now. We don't use any fancy language to describe ourselves or what we do. We’re just a group of people who know how to run these machines and get the job finished. There’s a lot of paperwork involved with being in a big industrial estate, but we manage to keep up. Most of our workers have been with us for a long time, so they know the routines inside and out. We aren't interested in being flashy or appearing bigger than we are. We just want to make sure the products we send out are what the customer asked for. Every morning starts with a check of the equipment and a quick talk about what needs to happen. Sometimes we stay late to finish a batch. It’s just the way it goes.
