Prakash Industries

Prakash Industries is our small setup over at B-2, Cama Ind. Est. on Anna Nagar road. We are tucked away in Goregaon (East), which is a pretty crowded industrial area. Working in an estate like Cama means there are always trucks moving and other businesses making noise around us. Our unit is simple and designed for work, not for showing off. We spend the bulk of our time on the floor, making sure the production is moving along like it should. It’s dusty and sometimes loud, but that’s just how an industrial estate in Goregaon is. We’ve got a small crew of people who have been here for a while, and we all know our roles. The walls are a bit stained from the years of work, and the machinery takes up most of the room. We don't have a big reception area or any fancy chairs for people to sit in. If someone comes by, they usually just talk to us right there where we are working. It’s a very direct way of doing things. Being in Anna Nagar puts us near a lot of other workshops, so there is a sense of community among the people working here. We just come in early, get the machines started, and work until it’s time to lock up the gate for the night. It's honest work and we like the routine of it. There is always something to fix or move around.
