Pradip Plastic Industries

Down here in Bapunagar, things are always moving fast. Pradip Plastic Industries is located at No. 26 Kanta Estate, which is right across from Narayan Nagar. Being near National Highway Road No. 8 means there is always a layer of grit on the windows from the trucks passing by. The machines make a lot of noise, so you have to shout a bit if you want to be heard over the hum. We have been in this estate for a long time. It’s a bit of a maze of small factories around here, and we’re just one of them. We don't have a fancy showroom. If you want to see what we do, you just come into the workshop and look at the bins. There’s usually a pile of scrap in the corner waiting to be moved. The lights flicker sometimes when we turn on the heavy equipment, but we’re used to it. My brother and I run most of the daily stuff, and we have a couple of guys who have been with us since the start. We don't do much advertising. People usually find us because they saw our gate or someone told them we were here. It’s a gritty, hard-working part of town, and we fit right in with the rest of the shops on the road. We stay busy with the machines and try to stay on top of the orders.
