Karnavati Metal Cast

Our foundry, Karnavati Metal Cast, sits at Plot No. 1402 in Phase-3 of the GIDC Vatva. If you know anything about casting metal, you know it’s hot, dirty, and physically demanding work. That is exactly what we do here every day. We don't have air-conditioned offices or fancy furniture. Most of us are on the floor, dealing with the furnaces and the molds. It’s a gritty environment, but there is a lot of pride in seeing a finished piece come out right. Phase-3 is a bit further out than some other areas, but it’s a solid place for a business like ours. We have a group of guys who have been doing this for years, and they don't need much supervision. We don't bother with fancy mission statements or marketing talk. We just show up, melt the metal, and get the orders filled as best as we can. Sometimes the equipment acts up, or the heat gets to be a bit much, but we just push through it. It’s a local operation, and we like the fact that people in the area know us for being here when they need us. We aren’t trying to change the world; we are just making sure the castings are solid and our customers come back next time they need something done. It is honest work and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. We just stay focused on the fire and the molds.
