Elite Pharma Pvt. Ltd. takes up a few plots over at 1210, 1211, and 1212 in Phase-3. It's a big space in GIDC Vatva. Working in the pharma industry means things have to stay pretty clean, so we spend a lot of time on that. We have people coming in shifts. The gate is usually busy with trucks coming in or out. It’s not a quiet place, but it's productive. We've been in this part of Vatva for some time. Dealing with chemicals and medicines involves a lot of paperwork and following rules. We just stick to what we know. The office is tucked away in one corner of the building. We have a small staff that manages the daily stuff. Sometimes the machines run all night. It depends on what needs to be made that week. The air around here always smells a bit like an industrial zone, which is expected since we're right in the middle of GIDC. Most of our guys have been with us for years. They know the routines by heart. We don't do much in the way of advertising. Most people know where to find us on those three plots. It's a lot of work keeping up with everything, but we manage. Just a regular bunch of people trying to run a business. We try to stay organized even when things get hectic during the busy season. It is just part of the job here.
