Aditya Dye Chem

Aditya Dye Chem is located at Plot No. 1216 in Phase-3 of the GIDC in Vatva. It’s right there in the thick of things. Being in Phase-3 means we are surrounded by all sorts of different businesses. You can hear the sounds of work starting up as early as seven in the morning. Our building at Plot No. 1216 isn't anything fancy, just a practical space that fits what we need to do. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. Most people find us just by knowing the address or hearing about us through word of mouth in the GIDC. The day-to-day at Aditya Dye Chem involves a lot of moving around and checking on things. We have a small crew and we’ve worked together for a long time, so we don't need to say much to know what needs to be done. The summer months are tough because the heat inside the unit can get pretty intense, but we manage. We keep a cooler of water in the corner and take breaks when we can. It’s a straightforward way to make a living. We show up, do the work, and look after the place. By the time we lock up the gate at Plot No. 1216, we’re usually pretty tired, but it’s a good kind of tired at the end.
