Tushar Dye Chem Pvt. Ltd.

We have been working out of this spot in Vatva for quite a few years now. Tushar Dye Chem Pvt. Ltd. is basically just us and the machines down at Plot No. A-2/113 in Phase-2 of the GIDC. If you know the area, you know how busy it gets with all the trucks moving in and out every morning. It is not a fancy office or anything like that, just a solid place where we get the work done. The heat in the summer gets pretty bad inside the plant, but we are used to it by now. We spend most of our time dealing with the chemical drums and making sure the batches are coming out okay. Sometimes the smell of the dyes is quite strong, but that is just part of the daily life here. We don't really have a big marketing team or anyone to write nice things about us. It is mostly just the supervisors and the guys on the floor keeping things moving. We start early, usually before the sun gets too high, and we stay until the last shipment is loaded. Sometimes there are delays with the raw materials, which is frustrating, but we manage to sort it out. The address is easy to find once you are inside the GIDC gates. We just focus on our day-to-day tasks and try to keep everything running without too much trouble. It is a lot of hard work and sweat every day.
