Sun Colours (C/O Prop. Hetal M Shah)

Sun Colours is run by Hetal M Shah and we operate from two connected spaces at Plot No. C1-104/1 and C1-104/2/1 in Phase-2 of the Vatva GIDC. Having the two plots right next to each other gives us a bit more room to store our materials and handle the daily production. We deal with colors and dyes, so the factory floor is often stained with various bright shades. It’s a visual reminder of all the work we’ve done over the years. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed, even when we have a lot of orders to fill. We don't go for any fancy corporate culture; it's just a group of people working together to get things done. Hetal is often around the site, checking on things and making sure the supplies are coming in on time. We have a small office space where we manage the accounts and talk to the transporters who come for pick-ups. The GIDC is a tough environment with all the heat and the dust, but we’ve made this place our own. Most of our staff have been with us for a long time, so they know exactly how everything works without being told. We don't spend money on big signs or glossy brochures. Our focus is just on the daily grind and making sure the containers are filled and ready for the morning pickup. It’s a straightforward business and we take things as they come, focusing on the work right in front of us.
