Sspm Systems & Engineers

We are based over at Plot No. 175 - 176 in Phase-2 of the GIDC in Vatva. It’s a pretty busy area with trucks moving in and out all day long. We have two plots joined together, which gives us a bit more room to move around than some of the others. We handle systems and engineering projects, mostly for other local businesses around the city. Our day usually starts early before the sun gets too high and the heat gets too bad. We have a small group of guys who have been working together for a long time. We don't have any fancy corporate culture stuff. We just show up, do the work, and go home to our families. Sometimes we have to stay late if a project is behind, but that’s just how it goes in this industry. We don't spend money on fancy furniture or office decor. Most of the budget goes into keeping the equipment in good shape so it doesn't fail us. It’s a bit messy sometimes, especially when we have several things going on at once, but we know where everything is. We don't make big promises we can't keep. We just tell people what we can do and then we do it. It’s a straightforward way of working.
