Shyamal Intermediates Pvt. Ltd. is tucked away at Plot No. A-2/349 in Phase-2 of the GIDC Vatva area. If you come by, you will see it is just a typical industrial setup. We have been here for a while now, and the building shows its age a little bit, but it serves us well. We make chemical intermediates, which is a messy and complicated process most of the time. The air around here always has that industrial tang to it, and our clothes usually end up smelling like the plant by the end of the shift. It is a tough environment, but we have a good group of people who don't mind getting their hands dirty. We don't really do the whole professional corporate thing with brochures and stuff. Most of our day is spent looking at gauges and making sure the reactions are going the way they should. The roads in Phase-2 can be a nightmare when the big trailers are parked everywhere, so getting deliveries in and out takes a bit of patience. We just deal with it as it comes. Some days are smoother than others, but that is just how it goes when you are running a factory in a busy GIDC zone. We keep things simple and try to avoid any unnecessary drama with the operations or the neighbors.
