Shree Hari Dyes & Chemicals

We spend most of our days over at Plot No. 439/1 in Phase-2 of the GIDC area in Vatva. This is where Shree Hari Dyes & Chemicals sits. It’s a busy part of the industrial estate, and there’s always something going on nearby. We’ve been here a while now. The morning commute is usually okay unless there's a big truck blocking the road near the gate. Inside, it's a lot of work with the different colors and chemical tubs. The floor gets a bit dusty but we try to keep things organized enough so we can find what we need. It gets hot in the afternoons, especially during the summer months in Vatva, so we keep the fans going. Sometimes we just sit out front for a bit to catch a breeze. People around here know us as the place tucked into the corner of the phase two section. We don't have a big fancy sign or anything like that, just the regular board with our name on it. It’s a practical space. We deal with various dyes and chemicals every day, checking the batches and making sure everything is ready to go out. The work is steady and keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. It's not a glamorous spot, but it’s where we do what we do. The neighbors at the other plots are mostly doing similar work, so we all kind of understand the noise and the smells that come with this kind of industry. We keep a small kettle in the corner for tea.
