Deo-Piyu Industries

You can find us over at Plot No. C-1B/131 in Phase-2 of the GIDC in Vatva. It’s an older part of the industrial zone, and we’ve been here long enough to see the whole neighborhood change around us. We do industrial manufacturing, which means the place is usually full of the sound of grinding metal and heavy thuds. It is not the cleanest place in the world, but it is a working shop. We have a lot of tools and parts scattered around, but there is a system to it all, even if it doesn't look like it. We don't have a HR department or a PR firm. If there’s a problem, we just talk it out on the shop floor. Most of our guys live nearby, so it’s a tight-knit group. We start early, usually before the sun gets too high, to get the hardest work done. The office is just a tiny room with a few old chairs where we sit and have our tea in the mornings. We don't really do much advertising because we’ve already got enough to keep us busy. It’s just about doing the work and making sure the orders are ready when the trucks show up. We aren't trying to be fancy or corporate. We’re just a bunch of people working hard at Plot 131 to keep things running. It’s a practical, no-nonsense kind of place.
