Avani Dye Chem Industries

Avani Dye Chem Industries is located at Plot No. C-1/57 in Phase-2, GIDC, Vatva. We are basically right next door to a few other chemical places. Since we work with dyes, you can often see different colors on the floors or on the aprons of the workers. It is impossible to stay perfectly clean in this line of work. The building has been there for quite a while and has seen a lot of production over the years. We start early in the morning when the air is still a bit cool. The first thing we do is check the production schedule for the day. There is a lot of mixing and measuring that goes on. We don't have a fancy showroom or anything like that. If you come visit us, you will see a lot of industrial equipment and stacks of finished products ready to go. The trucks usually show up around noon to take the stuff to the city or other states. We have a small team, maybe ten people or so, and we all know each other's families. It feels more like a small community than a big company. We just focus on the dyes and making sure the batches are consistent. It is a lot of manual labor, and at the end of the day, everyone is pretty tired. We just lock up the gates and head home.
