Sujal Dye Chem Pvt. Ltd.

We have two plots here at Sujal Dye Chem, Plot No. C-1 125 and C-1 132. Both are located in Phase-1 of the GIDC in Vatva. Having two spots means we are always running back and forth across the road to check on things. One side is mostly for the raw materials and the other is where we do the actual processing and packing of the dyes. It can get a bit confusing for new delivery drivers, so we are always waving them down. Vatva is a busy place, and our corner of it is no different. The air usually smells a bit like chemicals, which is just what you expect in a dye factory. We don't have any shiny glass windows or a big lobby. The floors are stained with various colors from the powders we use, and no amount of scrubbing really gets it all out. Our workers have been with us through many seasons, and we all just get on with the tasks. The paperwork is piled up on a couple of old desks in the small office area. Sometimes the phone line acts up, so we just use our mobiles. We just try to keep the production moving so we don't fall behind on the orders. It’s a lot of manual work and keeping track of two different plots, but we make it work every day.
