You can find Bhagyalaxmi Steeltech Pvt. Ltd. at Plot No. 85/1 and 85/2/2. We are based in Phase-1 of GIDC, Vatva. It is a large enough space for what we do with the steel. The workshop is usually full of metal scraps and projects in various stages of being finished. We aren't the type of company that has a reception desk with flowers or fancy chairs. It's more of a boots-and-overalls kind of place. Working with steel is heavy work, so everyone here is pretty used to the physical side of things. We've got a few different machines for cutting and shaping the steel. They aren't the newest models out there, but we keep them in good shape and they do the job. The noise is constant during the day, so we mostly communicate with nods and quick words while the machines are running. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe ourselves or what we do. We are just Bhagyalaxmi Steeltech. People in the industrial estate know us as the ones who stay late when there is a big job to finish on time. It’s not always pretty, but the work gets done and the orders get shipped. We handle our own deliveries mostly with a small truck. The roads in GIDC can be rough on the tires, but we make it work. It’s a solid, honest way to make a living. We just keep our focus on the steel and the orders that come in. That’s how we spend our time.
