We spend most of our time here at Plot No. 3704/B and 3711/C in Phase-4 of GIDC Vatva. It’s a busy spot. Most days start early before the sun gets too hot over the industrial sheds. We deal with polymers, so there is always a lot of heavy lifting and moving bags around. Sometimes the machinery gets loud and you have to shout to be heard. We’ve been in this part of Vatva for a while now. The roads get dusty when the trucks pass by, but that’s just how it is here. Our space is divided between two plots, so we are often walking back and forth to check on things. It’s not fancy. There are stacks of material everywhere and the office is just a small corner with a fan that clicks. We make sure the workers have what they need to keep the lines moving. If a machine breaks down, someone grabs a wrench and gets dirty fixing it. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. Just us working through the orders. Lunch is usually brought from home and eaten quickly. By the time evening comes, the air cools down a bit and we lock up the gates. It is honest work. We know the neighbors and the local tea stall owner. That’s pretty much the daily routine at Mahan Polymers. Nothing more, nothing less.
