You can find C. Doctor India Pvt. Ltd. over at Plot No. 3607 to 3608 in Phase-4 of GIDC, Vatva. We’ve got a decent-sized spot here, spread across those two plots. It’s mostly industrial work we do, involving a lot of heavy machinery and technical parts. The guys on the floor are usually covered in a bit of grease by the end of the shift, but that’s a sign of a hard day's work. We don’t spend much time worrying about how the office looks; we’re more concerned with what’s going on in the production area. It’s a noisy place with fans going and machines humming all day long. We have been in Vatva for quite some time, so we’ve seen the area change a lot over the years. Some days are faster than others, depending on what kind of orders we have on the books. We don't use big words or fancy talk. If something needs fixing, we fix it. If a part needs making, we make it. It’s just how we operate. We’ve got a small canteen area where the guys take their tea breaks, and that’s usually where you hear the most talk about how the day is going. It’s a basic, functional workplace where we just try to do our jobs right and go home. No frills, just steady work at our GIDC location. We aren't looking to impress, just to keep things moving.
