Naik Dyestuff Industries

If you go to Plot No. C-1/195 in Phase-2 of Vatva GIDC, that’s where you’ll find Naik Dyestuff Industries. We’ve been operating from this location for quite a while now. We focus on making dyestuffs for various industrial uses. It’s a lot of mixing, heating, and filtering. The floor is usually covered in some kind of dust, even though we try to sweep it every evening. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to make sure the stuff we produce is what the customers need. My uncle started this place, and now a few of us manage the daily grind. We have about ten workers who do the heavy lifting and packing. It’s a loud environment with the fans and the mixers going all at once. We usually eat lunch together in the small break area behind the main shed. Sometimes we talk about work, but mostly we talk about cricket or our families. We don't have a big corporate philosophy. We just come in, do the work, and go home. The paperwork is a bit of a pain, but it has to be done. Vatva is always humming with activity, and we’re right in the middle of it. It’s a practical, no-nonsense kind of place. We always keep a few fans running to move the air around when it gets humid. Someone usually has a radio playing local songs in the background.
