We’ve got a few plots here in Phase-2 of GIDC Vatva, specifically numbers 84 and 96 through 100. It’s a fair bit of space, but it fills up fast with all the dyes and intermediates we handle. Vatva is a well-known industrial area, so there’s always something happening nearby. Our work involves a lot of color, literally. You might see some stains on the floor or the walls, but that’s just how it goes in this business. We have a decent number of people working across the different plots. It takes a lot of coordination to make sure everything is in the right place at the right time. We aren't a high-tech startup or anything like that. We’re more about old-fashioned hard work and showing up every day. The office staff and the factory workers all know each other. It’s a bit like a big, noisy family. We don’t have fancy mission statements on the walls. We just focus on the orders we have for the week. Managing multiple plots means a lot of walking back and forth. It keeps us on our toes. We’ve been part of the Vatva industrial landscape for a long time now, and we’re just another part of the local scenery. We don't try to overcomplicate things. We just produce what we need to and make sure the logistics are handled properly.
