Colours India Inc is located at Plot No. C1-5622/1 in Phase-2 of the GIDC area in Vatva. This part of Vatva is always humming with activity. We’ve been here for a while, working with different kinds of dyes and pigments. The floor in our shed is a bit of a mess with all the different colors we use, but that’s just the nature of the business. We don't have any fancy mission statements or corporate slogans. We just show up every morning and get to work on the orders. The heat in the summer can be tough, especially when we are running the dryers. We have a few guys who handle the mixing and the packing. It’s mostly manual labor and it can be quite tiring. We don't have a big office; it's just a small space partitioned off from the main floor. The traffic in Vatva is always a bit of a nightmare, so we try to get our deliveries out early in the morning before the roads get too clogged. We aren't trying to be the biggest or the most famous company. We just want to do our job well enough that people keep coming back. It’s a simple operation with a lot of heavy lifting and measuring. We’ve got our own way of doing things, and it has worked for us so far. It’s a local business, run by local people who aren't afraid of a little hard work.
