Amardeep Dyes & Intermediates Ltd.

Our place is over in Phase-2 of the GIDC in Vatva, right at Plot No. 290 and 291. We’ve been operating out of these two units for quite some time. It’s an industrial area, so it’s always busy with trucks and people moving supplies around. We work with dyes and different chemical intermediates. It’s heavy work, and the floors are usually stained with whatever color we’re running that week. Most of us have been here for years, so we know the machines pretty well by now. It’s not a quiet job, there’s always some pump or mixer going in the background. We spend a lot of time checking the vats and making sure the heat stays where it should. We aren't a huge corporation with fancy suits; it's mostly just guys in work shirts getting the orders packed. The office is small and usually smells a bit like chemicals, but that's just how it is in this line of work. We try to keep things organized, but when big shipments come in, the yard gets a bit crowded. Vatva is a good spot for us because the suppliers are close by. We just focus on making the batches and getting them shipped out to the textile mills that need them. It's a lot of manual labor and watching the clock to make sure things don't over-process. We usually keep the gate open unless it's raining sideways.
