T F E Coating Industries

T F E Coating Industries has been operating out of Plot No. C-1 89/8 in Phase-1, GIDC, Vatva for a good while. The address is pretty specific, but in a place as big as Vatva, you still have to keep your eyes open for the small signs. Our plot is right in the middle of a very active row of businesses. The sound of metal and the smell of industrial work are just part of the atmosphere here. We don't have any flashy advertisements on the walls, just the necessary signs for safety and the company name. The office is a bit cramped because most of the space is used for the actual industrial work. There are a few desks where the paperwork gets handled, and usually, there’s a radio playing somewhere in the back. During the monsoon, the water can pool a bit in the lane outside Plot No. C-1 89/8, which makes things a bit messy for the staff getting to work. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking the inventory. It is a practical environment where everything has a place, even if it looks a bit cluttered to an outsider. People who work here have been with us for a long time, so we all know the routine by heart. It’s just a standard day in Phase-1, keeping things going and making sure the work is finished before the sun goes down and we head home.
