Monarch Dyestuff Industries & Exports Ltd. has a bit of a long address at Plot No. C-1 A/6 68/4, Phase-1, GIDC, Vatva. It sounds complicated when you have to say it over the phone to a delivery driver, but once you find the right turn in Phase-1, we are right there. The "Exports" part of our name means we are often busy with a lot of paperwork and containers, which can make the area around our gate pretty crowded. Our office is a practical place with a lot of maps and schedules pinned to the boards. We’ve been at this Vatva location for a long time, so the floor is worn down in the spots where people walk the most. It’s not a fancy showroom; it’s a place where work actually happens. The windows look out onto the street, and we can see the cycle of the workday from morning tea to the evening rush. Plot No. C-1 A/6 68/4 is our home base, and we have everything set up exactly how we need it. There are often stacks of samples waiting to be checked or sent out. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that; we just have a small group of people who know their jobs well. The days can be long, especially when we have a big shipment going out, but that is just the nature of being in the GIDC.
