Our business is located in Thaltej. We just go by the name Pharma, which is simple enough for everyone to remember and doesn't need much explanation. Thaltej has grown a lot lately with many new buildings, but we are still tucked away in our usual spot. We don't have a big fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. It is just a practical, quiet space where we can get our work done without too many distractions. Mostly, we deal with the day-to-day tasks of running a pharmaceutical business. This involves a lot of inventory checking and making sure we have enough stock on hand for the coming weeks. We aren't trying to change the world; we are just trying to provide a steady service to the people who need it. The team here is small, so we all end up doing a bit of everything during the shift. One day you might be answering phones, and the next you are helping to unload a delivery truck in the back. We like it that way because it keeps the day from getting too boring. Thaltej is a good area to be in, and we have made some good friends among the other local shop owners nearby. We don't spend any money on big ads or marketing campaigns. We think if you do a decent job, people will eventually find you. It is a straightforward approach to business, and it seems to work for us. We just keep our heads down.
