Our factory is out in G.I.D.C. Vatva, specifically on Plot No. 34-35 in Phase 1. If you have ever been to Vatva, you know it is all about industry. There are big plants and workshops everywhere you look. Here at PASL Windtech, we have a decent amount of space to work with. The plot is large enough for what we do with wind technology stuff. It is usually pretty loud because of the machines running, and there is always a bit of grease and metal around. It is a real working environment, not some air-conditioned office in the city center. We spend our days on the shop floor mostly, keeping an eye on the production and making sure things are moving along. The sun beats down on the metal roofs in the summer, making it quite a hot place to work, but we are all used to it by now. We have got a small gatehouse and some space for the trucks to pull in when they are delivering materials. Most of the guys here have been working with us for years, so we all know how the day goes. We do not spend much time on fancy talk; we just focus on the engineering and the physical work that needs doing. It is a solid place to be if you like seeing how things are actually made from scratch.
