Working out of Phase II in GIDC Vatva is mostly about dealing with the heat and the dust. Our place at 402/C is where Parry Pharma Pvt Ltd operates. It is an industrial area, so there are always trucks moving and sirens going off somewhere. Inside, we try to keep things a bit more controlled because of the products we handle. We have a small team here. Some of the guys have been with us since we moved into this unit. We spend a lot of time checking labels and moving pallets around. It is not a glamorous job, but it is what we know. The office is just a corner walled off from the main floor. We drink a lot of water because it gets stuffy in the afternoons. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the generator to kick in. We don't really bother with making the place look pretty for visitors because we don't get many. Mostly it is just suppliers and drivers. We keep our records in big binders on the shelves. It takes a lot of effort to keep everything up to code, but that is just part of the routine. We are just a bunch of regular people trying to run a pharma business in a busy industrial zone. It is hard work, but we are used to the pace of Vatva by now. We finish up late most nights.
