Pankaj Kumar & Company

Our place is No 4/B, Parmatma Society, right in the Naranpura area. We are quite close to D K Patel Hall, which is a big landmark around here, so most people don't have a hard time finding us. Pankaj Kumar & Company is a small operation, really. We work out of this society office and it feels more like a home than a corporate headquarters. It is a quiet neighborhood for the most part, except when there is an event at the hall nearby. We handle our tea business with a very small staff. We don't have any fancy signs or a big reception desk. Mostly, it is just us sitting around the table, checking the samples and talking to our regular contacts. We've been here long enough that the neighbors all know what we do. We don't spend money on big ads or try to convince people with big words. We just do the work and let the product speak for itself. Sometimes we sit outside for a bit when the weather is nice, but usually, we are inside keeping track of everything. It’s a very simple way to run a business. We don't have a mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just wake up, come to Parmatma Society, and get through the day's tasks. It's an honest living and we like the local feel of being in Naranpura.
