Panchmahal Steel Ltd

Our office is over at F-1 in the Deep Bhoomi Residential area of Chandkheda. It might seem a bit quiet for a steel company since we are tucked away in a residential spot in Ahmedabad, but this is where the management and the paperwork happen. Panchmahal Steel has been around for a good stretch of time. We deal with a lot of suppliers and customers from across Gujarat. The phones ring quite a bit throughout the morning. Usually, it is someone asking about a shipment or checking on prices. Steel is a tough business with a lot of moving parts and logistics to worry about. We spend most of our time on computers or looking at spreadsheets to make sure everything is going where it should. The office isn't anything special to look at, just desks and filing cabinets filled with invoices. It gets pretty warm here in Ahmedabad, so the AC is always running. Sometimes there are delays with the transport trucks, and we have to spend the afternoon making calls to figure out what happened. It is just the usual grind of the industry. We are a small group here in the F-1 unit. We know our regulars and we just try to get the orders processed without too much fuss. It is practical work. We don't have any flashy lobby or a big sign, just our name on the door and a lot of work to do every single day.
