Jay Maddi Fabrication

Jay Maddi Fabrication is located at 785/1 in the Vijay Industrial Estate. It’s a bit tucked away because we are actually inside the Raj Granite premises. If you are coming to see us, you’ll find us near the railway over bridge in Gota. The sound of the trains passing overhead is something we hear all day long. It’s a very industrial part of Gota, with lots of fabrication shops and granite yards. We have a lot of heavy machinery in our workspace for all the cutting and welding we do. There are usually sparks flying and the smell of hot metal everywhere. It’s not a very clean place, but that’s the nature of fabrication work. We’ve been here in this estate for several years now. The traffic near the bridge can be quite bad in the evenings, so we try to get our deliveries out early in the day. We don't have a big office or a fancy sign out front. Most people find us through word of mouth or by asking around at the granite shop next door. We spend our days working on different structures and parts. It's a lot of physical labor, but we are used to it. The workshop can get very hot, especially in the middle of the afternoon. We just keep our heads down and get the work done. It’s a simple, local operation and we like being part of this industrial community. We don't have much for comforts, just a fan and a water cooler.
