Serve Pharmaceuticals is located at No. 307 in the Medicine Market in Paldi. It’s a very busy area because everyone comes here for their medical supplies. Our place is No. 307, and it’s usually packed with boxes from floor to ceiling. We handle a lot of different things, and it can get a bit chaotic when deliveries arrive. We aren't a big pharmacy with a glass counter. It’s more of a distribution spot where we keep things moving. We’ve been in the Paldi market for a long time. Everyone around here knows each other. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy letters. We just talk to our customers face-to-face. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook and we can’t get to it right away, but we eventually do. We do our best to keep things organized, but in a small space like this, it’s always a challenge. The air smells like medicine, which is something you get used to after a while. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to get the right supplies to the people who need them. It’s a lot of checking lists and packing crates. We enjoy the fast pace of the market. It keeps the day interesting and makes the time go by fast. Most days we are here late just to catch up on the paperwork.
