Osho Pharma Pvt. Ltd. is located at Plot No. 2404 in Phase 4 of the G. I. D. C. Estate in Vatva. This part of the city is purely industrial. Everywhere you look, there are factories and warehouses. We’ve been at this plot for a long time. Our work is a bit different from the metal shops around us because we deal with pharma products. The air inside our place is different, and we have to keep things a lot cleaner than the average workshop. Everyone has to wear their gear and follow the steps carefully. It’s not a place where you can just wander around. We have our routine down to a science, literally. The morning shift comes in early, and the machines get going. Vatva is a busy place, especially with all the transport trucks moving in and out of the estate. It gets quite hot in the afternoons, but we keep the production going. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to make sure the batches come out right. There’s a lot of paperwork involved, which keeps the office side of things busy. We’ve seen the GIDC change a lot over the years, with new plots being built and old ones changing hands. We just stay focused on our work here at 2404. Our staff stays on top of the cleaning every single day.
